Ordering your splashback
The process of getting your new splashback couldn't be easier. We are proud of our efficient turn-around times and attention to detail.
1. There are a couple of ways to get the ball rolling. Choose what works best for you from the following options:

Fill out our Get a Quote form
If you know a few details about what you would like, please fill out our Get a quote form. This will allow us to provide a rough price guide upfront. It’s free to get a quote based on customer-provided rough sizes. Please see Note below.
Book an in-home consult
If you are not quite ready to order a splashback from us, but would like us to visit you in your home with samples, or you would like us to measure your space in order to obtain a quote, we are happy to do this. We charge $50 inc GST for this appointment, which covers our time and travel expenses. Payment is required to confirm your appointment. If proceeding with your splashback, we will reduce your quote by $50 to reimburse you this amount. If your space is not ready to be measured at this appointment, we will still need you to provide rough sizes in order for us to quote on any options you like. Further visits before receiving and accepting a quote will incur further fees.
Ready to order but not yet received a quote?
If you have not yet received a quote from us, but would definitely like to order, regardless of cost, please book an in-home consult appointment and ensure your space is ready to be measured. This fee covers our time should you change your mind, and if proceeding, will be deducted from the cost of your splashback.
Visit our Showroom
If you would like to visit our showroom to view samples, there is no cost to do this. Just pop in between 11:30am and 2:30pm weekdays (during school term times). It’s worth calling ahead as we sometimes need to remain closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Once you’ve seen a sample or samples you like, please provide rough sizes for us to quote from.
2. You received a quote and are happy to proceed
You'd like to accept your quote that was based on your own provided sizes
If you received a quote based on your own provided sizes, and are happy to proceed, please email us to let us know you accept the quote. We will invoice 50% of the quoted amount and will contact you asap to book an appointment to measure.
We measured at your in-home consult and you'd like to proceed
If you booked an in-home consult and we were able to measure at this appointment, we do not need to come back to re-measure. Just email to let us know you accept the quote and we can order once the deposit invoice has been paid.
You had an in-home consult but we were not able to measure
If you booked an in-home consult but we were not able to measure at this appointment, but you still provided your own estimated sizes, please email acceptance of this quoted amount. Once the deposit has been paid, we will contact you to book an appointment to measure.
3. Preparing your site for us to measure
To measure, we require the following is fully installed:

Benchtops and all cabinetry and panels

Powerpoints/flushboxes that will sit within the splashback, and that they are in their final position

Architraves and/or window framing are complete (if the splashback will run under or alongside a window)

Rangehood
We cannot measure if installations are not complete. Further trips required due to the site not being ready will incur further callout fees of $172.50 inc GST per additional trip.
Can I make changes to my quoted sizes and/or splashback type before placing the order?
Yes! We will bring samples to this appointment. You are free to change the quoted sizes, and/or splashback specification from the initial quote if you see something you prefer or your space has changed since you first got in touch. If you are torn between a couple of configurations, please ask us to measure all options you are interested in at this appointment as additional trips to re-measure will incur a further callout fee(s).
Receiving a final quote
Once measured, we will send through a final quote. The total payable may change if your space has changed since the initial quote, or you have changed your mind on the configuration or splashback finish. We will adjust the final bill so the total amount paid is equal to the amount on the final invoice.
4. Email your acceptance
You've received your final quote
Once you’ve received your updated quote, or confirmation that the original price quoted still stands, please email acceptance of this and we can place your order. Once ordered, turn-around is approximately 2 weeks from order to install.
5. We will contact you to book the install
Once your splashback has been manufactured and is ready for install, we will contact you to book an appointment to install.
To install we require the following is ready:

Any paint work that comes down to meet the top of the splashback is complete (we advise painting just below the height of the splashback so unpainted areas will not be visible once the splashback is installed). Our silicone is not paintable so we advise completing any paint work prior to the install.

If you are installing your rangehood after our install and would like the line between the rangehood and splashback siliconed, this will be subject to a further callout fee. We advise installing the rangehood prior to us measuring.

Please ensure any other work around the area is complete so we can fully silicone the splashback during our install appointment to avoid a further callout fee(s) of $172.50 inc GST.
NOTE: Customer-provided measurements do not need to be accurate as we will conduct a full measure (which is included in your quote) prior to ordering anything. If you accept our quote we will send you a deposit invoice for 50% of the amount quoted and contact you to book an appointment to measure.
Further callout fees due to the site not being ready, or changes requested to the measured sizes prior to ordering (e.g if you decide to move powerpoint sockets from their measured position), or the site not being ready for us to fully install, will be charged at $172.50 inc GST per visit. This does not apply if we need to revisit due to an issue or error on our part.
